Our strategy

Our 2023-2028 strategy was developed by our staff supported and challenged by our Trustees. We involved our local council Chairs, our academy principals, our Trust support team, and consulted extensively across the sector, digested the government education white paper, and contributed to the Ofsted consultation. The recent thinking and publications from the Confederation of School Trusts has also been enormously helpful in shaping our thinking about what makes a strong Trust and the future development of our Trust in particular.
